Vacuum induction melting (VIM) furnace is used to perform the melting process in vacuum using mid-frequency induction heating technology, mainly melting and casting nickel-based alloy, special steel, precision alloy, superalloy, rare earth metals, activated metal, copper and its alloys, hydrogen storage materials, , and magnetic material in vacuum or under protective atmosphere for scientific research institutes and manufacturing departments. Either thyristor frequency converter or frequency changer set can be chosen as mid-frequency power supply, which will be determined by the clients.
